Introduction

Since I was a child, I am in love with handicrafts, and it was in the production of jewelry and costume jewelry that I discovered my professional vocation.

I have experience in artisanal production and casting of silver and gold jewelry. I had the opportunity to coordinate a team of designers. Throughout my career, I work together with several suppliers inside and outside the factories.

I have practice with personalized customer service at fairs, events, and after-sales of the website. I have knowledge in e-commerce operations, product registration, e-commerce migration (SEO and redirect), contact with marketplaces, website development, photo editing, and logistics. I have experience with branding, blog writing, e-mail marketing development, and social media at marketing.
